C&S Operating, LLC

C&S has a 30-year operating history providing support services to companies engaged in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas. Our services consist principally of building access roads to oil and natural gas operating areas, preparing oil and natural gas well drilling locations, hooking up wells, constructing related facilities, pipeline construction, well servicing and land reclamation and other related services. C&S also supplies drilling contractors with specialized hauling and rigging, fluid services, and fabrication support.

C&S operates in some of the most prolific natural resource production areas of the Appalachian Basin, including eastern Kentucky, eastern Tennessee, western Virginia and southern West Virginia. Customers of C&S are generally oil and gas E&P companies, both publicly-traded and privately owned, as well as independent drilling contractors operating in the Appalachian Basin.

C&S, historically, has benefited from strong customer relationships and currently enjoys significant repeat business. For the past several years, C&S has maintained a repeat customer rate in excess of 96%.

C&S conducts its business from four centralized field offices in the operating area of Appalachia. The offices are located in Isom, KY, Berea, KY, Charleston, WV and Whitesville, WV. (See Map)
